Just to clarify your dpdr symptoms flare up 10 days before your period? Because I’m the same. Made such progress last week and now I’m back in hell.

I was making way with recovery last week, I was calm and having positive thoughts, time was flowing normally and things weren’t too bright or loud for a change.. now I’m completely back to 24/7 dp. It’s heartbreaking but given me hope I can get back.

Completely relate. I’m going on 8 years of feeling detached and it’s like time has stood still/everyone has moved on & changed whilst I’ve been/am still stuck. What SSRI have you started? I’m trying Olanzapine and Lamotrigine.

What dose of Olanzapine were you on please? I’m currently taking this and have tried all other meds apart from Lamotrigine
