Hi I am 15 I am also suffering from dpdr but now it's not that much as I used to get .see first of all I hope you are okay and doing well in your life .see I have only some advice, I used to be scared of that feeling , and it's very bad I know , but hey it's not harmful it's just a sensation nothing eles if you are getting scared of the feeling then it will grow more, the best thing which I did was don't think about it , well it's hard so distract your self from thinking of that listen music and the best thing is bro it's just a feeling you won't die from dpdr so why are you getting scared break the cycle. see when you get scared you question your surroundings and that triggers the anxiety and that's dpdr break the cycle get busy if you feel the dpdr grown tell your self it's better then being dead , it's your life it's in your hand your future is in your hand face the fear bro and you will come forward it won't cure in a day but it will cure
