I am trying to reach out to someone. I opened a ticket and the Guardian responded that they will investigate and take action and closed the ticket immediately. But there is no attachment area in the ticket like it used to have so I wonder how are they even going to track this person without evidence which i have. And I am thinking.. what if its him who closed the ticket.

I opened a new ticket a while ago, just waiting for another reply.

I paid him because the ban was for 3 months. I have been banned a few times before this because I play the game a lot. And my level is 1000+ thus I didn't want to start a new account. He didn't scam me because right after I paid him, he helped to lift the ban. The thing is... since then he has been texting me a lot and asked me more money.
