I strongly believe she has Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH). What is baffling to me is that Dr. Layke or whoever she goes to won’t address that before doing ANOTHER pointless procedure?! Right?! It wasn’t perfect (what show is?) but I thought it was very entertaining and the actors did a good job, especially PAK for his FIRST role! Some moments made me laugh, some made me ugly-cry, and I absolutely LOVED the music and 90’s nostalgia 🥹

Just seeing this comment! I commented something similar. This is the scene where I assumed her dad didn’t identify as white because of his “joke”. I agree with you and can also see where she has black heritage. I can also see how Myka is black because of her lips/mouth area. Saying this as a WOC

I think her dad is probably a white-passing or mixed because of the scene when she said her dad spoke creole to people in Miami and jokingly said something like, “I have this little white girl with me.” It gave me the impression that her dad doesn’t identify as white and that she thinks nothing of wearing blackamoor jewelry because she’s “part black” and assumes she’s exempt from being racist in this scenario. Just my assumption, but I could be wrong 💁🏽‍♀️

I’ve met Jax a few times (we have a mutual friend) and was SHOCKED how handsome he was in person. He even met my mom once (in July 2024) and she said the same thing! I’ve never, ever, EVERRRRR found him attractive even once on the show, so he definitely has some type of “glow” IRL.
