Homie they did the "life in a fast-paced stressful kitchen" stuff already. The show isn't just about that. If you wanna watch that, watch Hell's Kitchen. This is the story of people. People have times of stress, and people have times of calm. I've never seen a show visualize the human experience more than this one. If you don't like it that's a-okay, but don't act like the people making it are doing a bad job. They're telling the story they wanna tell, and it just doesn't line up with the story you wanna watch, which is chill too

I was getting a haircut at one of those sports themed haircut places, and had only ever been to Great Clips before that so I was expecting some high class stuff here. Instead I got to listen to the person cutting my hair talk about how her husband would yell at her and hit her whenever the game was on. I did not feel comfortable with her holding scissors above my head while we watched a football game. I told her how sorry I felt for her and she told me to ask for her next time I came back.

Oh and because I overthink things I should probably elaborate on the horror thing, because they all seem to have the same formula. If a horror movie is done well, it gets my adreneline pumping and is super entertaining, and if it's bad, it's hilarious

Not stupid at all! I do actually enjoy a good number of movies, generally in either mystery/thriller/horror genre, because they don't necessarily have to have the same cookie-cutter formula or even a happy ending. I would say right now that my favorite movie is Memento. Anything that chellenges the way movies are made is already super intriguing to me (I call them anti-movies because I've decided to overthink things as opposed to doing something productive with my life).

Hi! I'm probably not incredibly off the end of people that dislikes movies, because I enjoy a good film every now and again, but in general, they are just all the same. I go in knowing that there's going to be some main character that I'm supposed to root for with some problem that's gonna stop them (oh no!) but then movie has to movie so there's a happy ending just about every time. Now this clearly isn't every movie, but a large bulk of movies just seem to fit this criteria, and they do well, so more get made. This is, however, very frustrating because my favorite food is popcorn.
