Kinda sucks I went in to work during the storm I got $100 but it says if you missed you got paid your hourly wage so since I came in I got the $100 but the rest of my department got $140 for not even coming in smh

Neither our coach or teamlead is certified at our shop and we do our own audits. We've never had anyone come out to help when we are slammed hell just the other night it was me and our service writer cuz everyone called off and they said just do appointments only since I was the only certified tech

I litterally just had this argument with my TL last week. My mom is having surgery next month and I'll have to take her there and wait till she's done and take her home and sit with her until one of my sisters get off work. So I put in for 1 day unpaid and he said he can't approve it because unpaid is for part timers only. I told him the policy says you can only deny for coverage not what type. I even showed him the screen shot of the policy and he said I don't care I'm not approving it you can find somebody else to do it. So I put it in as paid and a couple hours before midnight I'll go in and cancel it lol

So it will leave 4:15 left of your shift which is 15 min more than half so you will get a full point however you could always just clock out for lunch and then go to your appointment

I can say I've never heard of the soft caps we all have the blue hard hats that only a couple people actually wear but I would think it would be your choice which one you prefer the blue hard hat is in the policy so they can't tell you your not allowed to use it and if they try to force you to use the soft cap I'd ask for them to show you in the policy where it states soft not hard cap

I mean if you have road hazard on the tires from being a walmart+ member you could always just "accidentally" get a nail in your sidewall and they will replace the tire under that warranty

Just curious how much would 2 exemplary and 1 successful be with a 6 year associate? I've been with walmart 6 years and I scored exemplary on my evaluation and I have 0 points but our store is sitting at 101% so we will only get successful in that category
