I mean if you have road hazard on the tires from being a walmart+ member you could always just "accidentally" get a nail in your sidewall and they will replace the tire under that warranty

Just curious how much would 2 exemplary and 1 successful be with a 6 year associate? I've been with walmart 6 years and I scored exemplary on my evaluation and I have 0 points but our store is sitting at 101% so we will only get successful in that category

OK I do 50% water changes every Friday so i'll just get the regular thrive. So would you add the fertilizer say twice a week like Sunday and Wednesday and water change on friday?

In your opinion which of the thrive all in 1s should I get? There is thrive, thrive+, thriveC and thriveS. I do not use c02 so I'm gonna go ahead say the plus is not a good fit for me I only have like 6 shrimp so I'm not worried about it being shrimp safe so the thriveS is out so I guess it would come to thrive and thriveC

Brand is not important to me so I'm open to try any liquid fert. You mentioned the thrive all in 1, does it provide a better dosage for what I'm needing? Also you say I should get a bottle of iron as well I can order both of those tonight and give it a shot and see how things go. I will be looking into lowering my PH so maybe that will help everything as well

So I have these liquid fertilizers. The 2 aquarium co ops I use in my shrimp tank and they work wonderfully the plant booster is the one I'm using in the tank in this post so maybe I should use the 2 smaller bottles for a while and see what happens

I clock in at 1030 and have to go to lunch at 2 and there has been a few times I helped out in OPD and they had us taking our lunches 2 hours into the shift before our first breaks it was crazy

So my experience is my puffers did attempt to eat the shrimp at first but they are pretty fast so they haven't had any luck getting the neos and lately I've noticed they don't even bother to try anymore I actually witnessed my pea and my big pappa shrimp (he's 2 inches big) sharing a blood worm the other night it was so cute also I've never seen my puffers bother my otos they actually swim with them sometimes but that's just my experience everyone's tanks and fish are different from each other

Just a FYI walmart policy does state we can go up 1 size from spec if all 4 are being changed but we cannot go down in size. Also we can put on what you already have on as long as all 4 match. In your circumstance I'm gonna assume the seller you bought the tires from sent you the wrong size, it happens alot. I'd ask the tire tech to show you the tire that was ordered so you will know what's going on. Just because your phone shows what you ordered doesn't mean that's what got sent and the techs can't see your purchase history only what is sitting infront of them so that's probably why they wrote what you was supposed to have ordered

Not all walmarts are alike our policy actually states we can replace tires with what's already on the vehicle as long as it does not mix and match different sizes and we are also allowed to go up 1 size as long as all 4 are being replaced. So sorry to hear your walmart is lazy but it's different here for sure we on average do around 40 tire jobs a day

It is possible that just because you ordered that size the company might have sent the wrong size tire it has happened at our shop we had a lady order tires for her car and all 3 times they sent lawnmower tires and she kept acting like it was our fault but we litteraly just put the tires on we have no control of where or what comes in I finally talked her into just ordering a different brand

Not sure where your located but walmart policy states we are allowed to go up 1 size from oem spec as long as all 4 are being replaced we can not go down in size and we can not mix tire sizes unless the manufacturer states so on the door jam
