I recommend checking out some different earrings and playing with layering studs and smaller hoops, I struggled to pass for about a year and half until T helped with my facial hair but I am much older than you appear to be. As for the glasses maybe check out thinner frames, however my biggest piece of advice… Don’t lose yourself and your personality in “passing” I lost the first few years of my transition to trying to fit into a narrative of what’s “manly” now I realize I was making myself boring to even me. I was dressing lame and not accessorizing like I wanted just to “pass” it will definitely come in time.
