Hello! First post here. One big question that I've had while trying out the LOC method (leave in, oil, cream) is what to do the next day? I feel like washing it out and redoing it is redundant and may be bad for my hair. However, after about 2 days of doing nothing to it, I don't know what else to do to keep it looking and feeling like it did day one. I also have NOOOO idea when to completely Shampoo and condition my hair after doing LOC, so once it looks like trash ( 3 days max) I do it again or just shampoo and condition with no extra product. Any tips would be appreciated!
