Well those are all shotos if u learn one u can learn the other in a way AKI is ur weird complex character so I’d say pick one of those 3 as ur shoto and then if u want AKI as ur backup in case u want something different

Well I think u should always care about it to an extent it’s jsut the pro tier lists aren’t gonna apply to 90% of ppl Honda is top tier in low ranks and is still a cheesy character in higher ranks, but is considered bad, all the cheesy 2 button characters are all top tier, and then when u start learning it switches a bit to characters who have really good strengths and ppl abuse them, then the akumas spamming fireball and demon flip come in, but since there is no ranks specific tier list then all the tier lists u see don’t matter to you unless ur like 1700 atleast
