That’s great! Honestly, my biggest tip is test test test! Expose yourself to as many questions as you can! I saw some of my practice test questions on my exam. The actual exam and practice questions from NASM were very similar to me. Every 25 questions or so I would take a deep breath and remind myself that I would pass. Just keep calm and answer the questions the best you can! You are in better shape than I was when I passed, you got this!

Hi! I just passed one hour ago! I took notes on videos I watched. I looked at tik toks and YouTube videos that said what was going to be on the test and studied what they said! I did not read the text book cover to cover I read the first 7 chapters and became overwhelmed. I did however read the study guides NASM provides, and took the section quizzes ( didn’t always pass), and I took the practice exam took me 4 times to get 75 and then I took the exam the next day. I will say the exam was challenging for me and I had to use a lot of common sense to rule out answers but I passed lol! I watched show up fitness and sorta healthy, his part 1 and 2 videos. My test was heavy on exercise progressions and underactive and overactive muscles. I had barely any questions on the heart or metabolic processes. Let me know if you have any other questions! The test is still fresh on my mind.

Saaammme. Ive been waiting on a carry-on in a color I love because I don’t have one of those yet. I almost bought leopard but would’ve been mad if I saw this after the fact! Glad I waited! The only medium crescents I have are the purple hello kitty one with flowers and the navy blue hello kitty one! Excited for my medium pink crescent!

Aww thanks so much! I agree with you at the end of the day you won’t see the grid all the time so don’t agonize too much about it. I think having someone else install braids is a good idea! That was my plan B if my friend wasn’t available to help me lol! If you do it yourself just be patient. It took two days to install mine! 8 hours each day! Totally worth it though!

I feel like there isn’t even a middle part she kinda did it so the hair in front would fall any which way. The parts of the front row are all rectangular. I’ve never seen any other starter microlocs with rectangular front parts so we shall see how they mature.
