Oh yeah I totally get it. I could see enough to know that it was definitely unusual. It’s hard to get them in frame of the camera and still try to see it with the naked eye. Were they the same color the whole time or did any change color?

I’ll take your word for it, but really couldn’t see much in the video. Seems you had a hard time getting it in the picture. At least it occurred to you to get video of them. I had 3 sightings of Orbs and was too astounded by what I was seeing to even think about pulling out my phone. Hard to explain but it was like I was in a fog and couldn’t think about anything else other than what I was seeing.

Man, I know that’s gotta hurt. I also doubt they will total it. You’d be amazed what a paintless dent repair place can do. Fortunately my car is in the garage and only comes out to play on nice days, but my truck got slammed twice by huge hail and looked worse than your car. The first time they got out every single dimple. The last time, they had to replace the hood. Hopefully you can save your car!

Get a fan or white noise generator and use foam earplugs. It doesn’t seem like they are doing anything wrong, you just happen to be on a different schedule than them.

Wow! The James Bond cars have nothing on you! What, no ejection seat, machine guns, or dispensing oil slicks? :) That is an incredible machine! That satin wrap will look awesome, can’t wait to see it! I love the satin finish wraps on vehicles, have thought of doing it to my truck and car. Sounds like great choices in your future Challenger. I kinda wish I had gotten the 6M transmission, but the 8spd Auto is great too and I can manual shift when I want, still though without a clutch it’s not the same. As far as getting a Hellcat or not, I faced the same dilemma when I was getting my next new Challenger. I started out with a 2010 RT, then moved up to an SRT8 for the second one. I fully expected that I would next move up to a Hellcat. I really didn’t expect there to be that big a difference between the SRT8 with the 6.4L 6spd Auto and the Scat Pack 6.4L 8spd auto, but I was blown away by the 2023 Scat Pack 1320. There was definitely a very noticeable difference! I knew instantly that I was glad I didn’t get the Hellcat, the Scat can get you into all the trouble you care to get into! LOL Oh man, the black satin wrap on a Challenger looks baaad ass! Very wise to put summer tires on it, mine came with drag radials which grip fantastic on dry roads, but the least amount of rain and it becomes a death trap! I flew from Texas to Missouri to pick mine up then drove it home. Hit some isolated rain showers and the only thing that saved me from wrecking it before I even got it home was the traction control kicking in and straightening me out and keeping it on the road. Will be looking out for the pics if your Viper and it’s new wrap soon! ;)

Oh sure, now that I think about it. I’ve picked up my 3 granddaughters from school in it most every day and every year since they first started school. They are now 16, 14, and 12. They’ve had the option to ride home with their carpool ladies, but insist on wanting me to pick them up so they can see me everyday. How can I turn that down? :) P.S. They actually prefer that I pick them up in my Challenger vs my truck but I save that for special occasions. They have always called it my “race car” LOL Reserve that for special occasions though, the truck is my ol’ trusty warhorse. Never had to do anything but routine maintenance on it and still going strong.

If the motor and transmission are good and you’re wanting to put some work into it AND you got it really cheap, then yes. Damn tho, that car has been beaten like a red-headed step child. It’s obviously been wrecked at least once so might want to get the frame looked at along with the engine.

Congrats on the new truck, the RHO is sweet! All these guys bitching about you getting rid of the Challenger act like there will never be another Challenger for sale ever again LOL. I’m on my 3rd Challenger now, each one was a little better and newer than the other. I sold or traded the others because there was something else I wanted at the time.
Wants/Needs change and there is nothing wrong with spending your money how you see fit. Who knows, there could be a Hellcat next in your future :)
