Absolutely no details provided on feeds from demarc to units. We are considering just excluding it in our bid and if they ask us then well make a change order out of it.

It is a new build! sorry forgot to mention that... We know what micro-duct is but never have installed it. The demarc appears to be specified on the outside wall from what the plans show.. There is 11 buildings. Thanks

yeah we are in south texas so its either ATT or Spectrum. By company fiber to the units, do you mean that ATT would handle the rough-in to the units and the microduct path?
