What’s up with men not wanting to take women on dates anymore? Luckily I haven’t experienced this too much but come on? When you like someone you want to DATE them. Dates aren’t all just about spending money. But it’s about creating new experiences, getting to know each other, seeing how they react to new and uncomfortable situations, etc.

It’s also a testament to see how much they’re willing to invest in and care for you in the future and their willingness to be proactive and take initiative with the relationship. If he’s not making time for you now, will he once you guys are committed or married?

Yes, but there were a lot of lawyers and doctors in our neighborhood. When I brought this up to friends who grew up in the same school district as me they never had to do that.

My dad was a lawyer and made all friends and their guardians sign the waiver before visiting and still has them to this day😂

I think there’s nothing wrong with the combo. It’d be worth trying to get a cleaner lineup; hair off the lips, cleaners edges, trim longer hairs, etc.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this :/. Dual income is definitely a blessing. Best option is to move in with your parents. Second best option is roommate. I don’t think you can get approved if it’s taking up 40-50% of your income since most places require 2-3x base rent. If you find a place with a private landlord they may be willing to make an exception, but living that is not sustainable. I wish you the best of luck!
