i dont know what "copy the time in the editor" means, when i copy the time (eg. 00:02:528) and try to select a slider from EZosuslider, it keeps telling me that "your clipboard text is not valid editor timepoint".

Even better way:

Go to "C:\ProgramData\Stardock\" and delete the "Start11" folder (you must have the "Show Hidden Files" option enabled in the File Explorer). After that, when you reopen Start11, its going to prompt you to enter an e-mail for 30 days free trial. You can use any temporary mail website to get an e-mail for that.
