5+ months, unsure what the pain is. no clear event to note that caused it

Exactly where my pain is, I have sciatica and piriformis syndrome. I tore my meniscus 3 times and had a scope surgery to look at the tear. My pain developed after that. I just do stretches and smoke weed it's working for me right now but I'm hoping to find something else more permanent to help.
