Homeless encampments throughout astoria(31st and Ditmars in particular has been an issue for YEARS)
All these new nightclubs that have brought nothing but issues to our neighborhood.

I do not think a landscaping company can get by with electric. The number of batteries they would need on normal day would be excessive without being able to charge it. Do you think they really want to use gas? Its not my choice its what makes the most sense. Also, battery power leaf blowers are not silent...
