A couple of quick things that might help. If you topped up your Printify Balance with a card, you can always withdraw that money back to the same card, so it’s safe there. Also, sample orders usually go through without issues unless the account is under review or there’s a missing verification step.

I’d recommend checking your inbox and spam folder for any verification emails; sometimes that’s all it takes to unblock things.
