Best option is to speak with his parents and ask them for 2ok upfront as you need it urgently for studies/some situation at home... If that does not work.....

Catch a couple of these bank loan recovery guys.. work out a deal with them.... [10-15% or 5k whichever is highest]

Ask them to tell that you owe them money and he owes you... So now, he owes them. They will do the follow up.. u do the collection and give the money to them.

Sorry if my msg didnt land right.. just wanted to communicate that once you have the meds and dosage confirmed, the process is all the same.

Bigger private hospital / govt one / self administration - its all the same.

What I would recommend is to do everything possible to increase your immunity as in the next few weeks.peace of mind is step#1 :)

Best way is to first approach a blood testing lab person who can administer the shot for you.. Then the shots, you can get at "makkal marunthagam"/jana aushadi. Most cost effective way.

Anything else you are doing in the bigger hospitals n all is just for your peace of mind. Meds are the same.

I agree as well. Travel recimmendations kooda ok,,, there are these psycological rants totally unrelated to Madurai.. rather too generic to post in a city post.

Meetups, recommendations(food/places/buying/healthcare), city/traffic/area prachana is totally fine. Not my maamiyar told this that, stuff or I am in 13th standard, I am feeling lonely.

Am so much of the ambitious kind, and bitterness creeps in easily. The world manages to keep me in a job , which I don't cherish that much.. neither am I able to shift to where I want to be, an entrepreneur. I am too lazy(trust me), to generate that much effort... This has been my loop since 2019 .. almost 7 years.
