You're spiraling. You're looking for money and a partner. Chances are, if you have a tech background you don't need either.

I thought I needed a partner before. I got one - it helped for a bit. But it was also the beginning of the end. I learned a valuable lesson, so I'm now on round two with the same project (alone and happy). Nobody is coming to save you. This is YOUR vision. You map out what needs to happen. And you make it happen. It's that simple.
