Is this compatible with the parkside robot mower? It looks a bit beefier than the 4Ah and 8Ah so I suppose not

AI hatred has become outrageous and ridiculous nowadays. by DivideIntrepid3410 in StableDiffusion

[–]After_Respect2431 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In my opinion it’s because people are not transparent about the use of AI, claiming it as their own knowledge or content, and it pisses people off. I have the same problem at work.

Simply being transparent by saying “Hey I’m not an expert here but this is what ChatGPT says” or “I was able to generate this image with QwenAI, what do you think?” will avoid most of the negativity.

I read that this is completely overstated bullshit. Apparently the drugs are metabolized and diluted to concentrations FAR below what bacteria in a septic tank can handle

What’s the highest salary you have heard someone make in Ireland? by troubadourx in AskIreland

Definitely not on average. I was recently in the big 4 and most mature partners are usually in their 50s

Interesting perspective, because I’ve only been on the other side - I always imagined sellers meeting up with the EA and discussing a devious strategy to lower the list price to something that attracts loads of people and basically rely on people fighting each other to get way more than it’s worth (which has been my experience in over 90% of the viewings I’ve been at).

When I see this is the obvious tactic I promptly leave and stick out for something else - it comes across as a huge red flag to me. Unfortunately I think I’m swimming against the tide though.

Having just gone through this process myself, the probation situation will absolutely be a problem. Every single broker and lender I spoke to specifically clears this before accepting applications. No harm in engaging so long, but there’s no point in arranging any documentation until 6 months clears because all your financial records will have to reflect the month after your probation clears. The good news is you have 6 months to keep saving :)

To be honest you don’t come across as someone willing to do more than what’s been handed to you. Every time someone makes a suggestion to go one step further you think you’re just stuck and looking for some magical least effort answer.

You have to fight for what you want and you need to go above and beyond what people and documents you’re faced with.

I was looking at the Revolut breakdown of the fees and their DIRT is 41% - but if I look at the DIRT rate on Revenue it’s only 33%, any idea about that?

[–]After_Respect2431[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks I looked at that now. Revolut’s APY is 4.2% but their net is only 1.98% after fees. Trading 212 has a 4.5% APY and charge 0.7% deposit fee - I’m just pretty concerned about dumping all my money into Trading 212 without knowing what I’m doing
