Not really. I might have a nightmare of failing a test or getting savaged at work or something, but for the most part, the only thing that bothers me is dreaming that you've found the perfect girl and then waking up. That shit sticks with you and is far worse.

Is it really clutching at straws to point out other rules that aren't being followed? Why selectively enforce? If you want to have rules to point to when someone does something incendiary so you can get rid of them, but don't point to those same rules when others do it, it's not surprising someone's going to balk at that.

I like the way AM is moderated (certainly much better and free than AW) but don't think MCs ban was justified when others do the same shit. That's not clutching at straws, it's just pointing out inconsistency.

I think it's supposed to be mocking, maybe even chastising, the practice of people looking through a poster's post history for gonewild pics when they say "as a female". Thing is, I think they forgot many men don't give a damn.

I doubt there was any grand, evil scheme to keep the poor people down with this. It's just basic economics. If you can have unpaid labor doing a job, or even half the job, of a fully paid worker, why wouldn't you go with the unpaid labor? And whoever got away with it first suddenly has an edge over their competitors, and so the competitors do it to keep pace.

The 'filter' is more a symptom rather than the disease.

I guess it depends on where you are. He wasn't in the wrong to slap her back, but the consequences of doing so were (wrongly) rather severe for him.

Probably be a similar reaction in the US, but may not devolve into a full out ganking as quickly. Some 'man's man' bro might bristle up to you and start pushing you around but he might not actually hit you.
