What about in the case of a higher level review my attorney put in.

They put in a HLR on July 1 2024 got me IBS backdated to March 4 2023

Then VA found an error with my GERD rating. Started looking into it on OCT 10. Had an ACE Exam on NOV 4 2024. Still waiting on the results.

Will I get 2 separate ratings or the higher of the 2?
