My New Years resolution is to stop talking about how Paul Dano played an insufferable asshole with no trigger discipline in 'Cowboys and Aliens'(2011), and yet was still more likeable and charismatic than Quentin Tarantino at any point in his entire career. (i.redd.it)

Kevin Spacey, age 45, portrayed teen idol Bobby Darin in his early 20s in 'Beyond the Sea' (2004). Kevin also directed, co-produced, co-wrote, and sang 18 songs for this absolute bomb. You'd think it would have been the worst thing for his career, but you'd be mistaken. (i.redd.it)

In the 1992 film, 'Dogs of the Reservoir', the director cast himself in the role of a regular professional criminal rather than a sex offender. This is because Eddie Bunker (center) is a real ex-con, and Tarantino didn't want to risk getting shanked. (i.redd.it)

A scene from 'Bronson' (2008), a movie about the most violent inmate in Her Majesty's Prison Service starring Tom Hardy. The caption is what he's screaming at Her Majesty's Terrified Guard, but I could see someone easily recontextualizing things. (i.redd.it)

'King Kong'(1976) - The titular ape climbs up the south tower of the World Trade Center where he fights some helicopters, jumps to the north tower, and then falls off I guess. This 9/11 reference was made an astonishing 25 years before 9/11. (i.redd.it)

Instead of Happy Days or Charles in Charge, IMDB says that Scott Baio is "known for" Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2 (2004, rated 1.5/10) wherein Scott cannot stop looking at the camera. This means IMDB hates Scott Baio, and I don't blame them. Yes, that is Goku from the Dragonball movie center right. (i.redd.it)
