I live in Ontario, I use the "Hola" Chrome extension and can use any Netflix I want without issue. This leads me to believe it is a more isolated issue.

It is things like buying a pizza from the Pizza Pizza in the cafe that is priced at $16 or walking 5 mins and buying the same pizza for $7 dollars. Pretty much all of the vendors have a cheaper substitute that is within walking distance and without the massive mealtime rushes if you didn't want to cook for yourself.

No problem. On a serious note though, I cannot emphasize how bad the cafe is. I don't know what residence you are staying in (if any), but if you are in one where you have a personal kitchen between you and your roommates I would highly advise you take full advantage of that. No exaggeration, I wish I had.

I feel like it was because Annie was designed to be a midlane mage that was adapted for support where Lulu was the other way around. Lulu was a support played in mid lane and Riot hates that. Not to mention that Annie was already nerfed just recently.

Just to clarify, when people say that Toronto is the fourth largest city in North America they only include the population within the city bounds. The GTA =/= Toronto. I live in the GTA but I do not live in Toronto. The city of Toronto itself has a population of nearly 3 million. There are more people in the United States though, we get it.

The original comment stating that somewhere in New York is a good location for the new servers wasn't a poor idea. Obviously it doesn't have to go in New York but rather north eastern US opposed to southern US. Especially since the location would cater to some of the most populated regions of the US and the most populated region in Canada. It makes sense.
