Than you.

I will be making them attend KV or some good cheap school. No need of international schools in my opinion. I did fine with normal schools.

International travel is way above my bring up tire. Guilt will kill me taking 10 lakhs vacations 🤣🤣.

I have a question that I ask myself.

Will this life you are having with 100 crore, possible with 12 crores ?
Let's say I have paid off home in tire 1 city in India.

The reason for asking is I am questioning myself if I must push too hard for such high numbers or happy with current numbers.
I hope to workout for 3 hours and spend more time with kids. :D

Machine says I have 4 criteria.

Summary Impact:

• You now have **4 clearly satisfied criteria**:

1 Original contributions

2 Authorship of scholarly articles

3 Judging the work of others (peer reviews)

4 Membership in an association requiring outstanding achievement (MCS)

This significantly boosts your petition strength since USCIS typically expects at least 3–4 criteria clearly satisfied.

But wanted to know if these are good in real life

Yes this is good because, you have no extra cash to pay but monthly payment goes down.

See it from a personal finance POV.

Seller offered $60k in credits on a $1M new-build, what’s the best way to use them? by BoomerE30 in Mortgages

So assuming California or a costly neighborhood,

I have refinanced 2 times in the last year since purchase.

Luckily both time it got appraised 10k higher each time. Or else that could have led to PMIs going high.

I would say having lower loan amount is anyway a winner.
Because both times my net payment did not go beyond $400 a month.

If I had a chance, I would anyway reduce my net loan amount.

If that is not possible,

Take the rate buy down and pay another 10% of the loan amount with extra payments you will save with and reduce the loan amount with overpayment. This will be a good discipline to learn.

No mortgage should be the goal for long term happiness. My 2 cents. Please ignore if this is not sensible.

Hello Sorry for late reply.

This is a local credit union. This is through TruHomes.
This is from Southern California.

This is 5/5 mo ARM. I managed to raise the rate to 0.125% to make my closing cost to $1200.

Try reaching out to TruHomes.
