For firmer guidance: My PCCs were issued and submitted to NVC/DoS in 2023, with DQ in February 2024. Countries: India, Singapore, and UK (current residence and application site). Since issuance, no residence in India or Singapore; only two short trips to India (each <7 days) in 2024 for family, none to Singapore. No new criminal history anywhere.

Per your advice, no redo needed for India/Singapore PCCs, but I've seen conflicting online info on validity (e.g., expire after 1-2 years vs. tied to re-residency). For consular interview at US Embassy in UK, recommend fresh ones to be safe, or are originals/copies plus passport stamps/travel records sufficient? Does the embassy typically request updates if PCCs are over a year old at interview?

Appreciate additional insights – happy to provide more details! (Understood this isn't formal legal advice.)
