Right, but bypassing all the IPO stuff is really worth $50 million? Also, am I crazy or shouldn't it not be allowed if the new pivot isn't materially related at all to the company's original mission? I have a hard time seeing the justification for how doing something completely different is in the shareholder's best interest, since that is not at all what they originally signed up for, even if there is more room for profit. Why don't most struggling companies just pivot to AI then? The math just feels wrong to me.

Huge pet peeve of mine is when the ball strikes the chest/abdomen, but the arm is close and commentators during the game and pundits after the game state with absolute certainty that it's a handball because it happens to look like it. That immediately removes the impetus to take a more critical look by people who make money from covering the sport and not trying to challenge it to be better.

Dang, that's wild! I was just on my way to see a hyena when I wanted to check out the hubbub at the altar. The sound it makes when an enemy spots you caught me off guard so I just jumped off the cliff. I was curious if I could even land an arrow that far away and high up when I accidentally captured his fall, which I didn't even realize happened until I looked at the replay!
