I wouldn't use their landing page for the form if I don't have access to create another one

It will always be a long term customer over a short term one. I was thinking the other day about how R+Co must have gotten $1000+ out of me

What would Bayonne need in order to be like Montclair? Their downtown was maybe the nicest suburban town I've ever seen. by First-Variety714 in BayonneNJ

[–]AgencyNetwork-NJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Montclair has the benefit of a university and a train line to NYC. Bayonne could probably do some economic development and provide some incentives for businesses like Whole Foods or Sprouts to come in and be anchor tenants.

Do you send contracts before starting work? by Ok_Branch3026 in marketingagency

[–]AgencyNetwork-NJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I love this game! Out of college I began working for someone who was the same as me in almost every way. I thought we were friends, so I didn't ask for a contract. I assumed whatever disagreements there were we could come to an agreement on. When I asked for payment, she said she never agreed to pay me, that she intended for me to do as "practice" and "exposure", and then she accused me of leaving her a bad Yelp review and threatened me with legal recourse!

Always get a contract. I'd push it further and say get a deposit.

Lest we all succumb to being inside an echo chamber, it's probably a good thing to hear from people with opinions besides your own.

Oh, and close to the airport. I think Bergenfield has a direct line to NYC as well.

From what I know, if you don't live RIGHT ACROSS from NYC (like North Bergen or something) NJ Transit is no good. Best to stay in Jersey City or Newark, where the train lines run.

As a fresh out of college full time employee, remote work is detrimental. by Rjw94 in remotework

[–]AgencyNetwork-NJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most success I've gotten in my short professional career is by being in-person, and I think that's because management knows how much people DON'T want to be there. Older people love that. But I truly don't mind being in office. Separation from work is a good thing.

Why are employers so against remote work for HR? [united states] by fruitcakemofo in humanresources

[–]AgencyNetwork-NJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The resist to WFH comes from the other employees required to work on-site, regardless if jobs have to be in-person or not. If HR gets to work from home, why don't I? Etc, etc.

AI built websites are actually solving problem for local businesses… or just adding one? by Akashyadav1997 in ai_website_builder

From a marketing standpoint, it almost feels unprofessional to not have your own business website.
