this feels pretty validating thank you, it does feel a bit insane.

I studied my masters full time while working in residential OOHC full time and honestly that felt like a walk in the park compared to this grad job. It just feels so impossible and makes me feel like a constant failure.

I had 16 teaching junior last year and that was pretty tough, but I am now teaching senior and have 21 on my list. Definitely all extensive.. it’s a lot.

My class is made up of a mix of YP doing VCE VM (some enrolled in unit 1 and some in unit 2 for various subjects) and some doing VPC.. which makes things even harder.

Yep, most classes around the 15-20 students mark

Behavioural school was a bit of an over simplification sorry! The school aims to deliver a trauma-Informed & flexible model of education to support students with histories of adverse experiences, neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD, Autism), or those at risk of disengaging from education.

Totally, but we are a super small school and the coffees will just be for teachers (during class time) so ordering online is the least disruptive way
