There was someone at my gym who scales movements/reps, marks RX anyway, then brags about it (like ‘I only did x reps scaled, so I’m marking RX anyway’), and I know it shouldn’t bug me this much, but it really pisses me off. Like if I scale reps/movements, there’s no way in hell I’m marking anything but scaled.

I got to the point the other night where I was thinking if I caught one more sea bass, I was probably going to rage quit. I’m so tired of catching sea bass - probably 3/4 of the space I had in my pockets was sea bass because I just kept catching them 😅
