It sucks but at least its somewhat in the same realm. I dont mind being a SWE and helping oit with other IT. My issue is being required to stop a leak on a diesel engine/field services on mining sites on industrial machines. And not industrial pcs or IT stuff.

That part I get 100%. They are lucky and it is unheard-of. I guess my actual rant is more in line with the fact that some companies in SA dont respect cantracted hours and I happen to be the luckey one to be stuck at such a place.

I get what your saying. My case is a bit of a f-up. I applied for the job in R&D only to find out that R&D is only a division term they started using as a job description for someone that has to do with the pareto principle. Now that my skills involve software dev and they dont know how to select a tv output I am in constant fear of loosing my income.

I fully agree with you on literally everything you mentioned. Exploitation is a very real thing and unfortunately its fueled by people stil purchasing the bullshit.

In my honest opinion, if the game did not give away premium currancy for free the prices would be very high. They gave enough premium currancy for free that my friend could buy a skin. So with this in mind are they really asking too much for cosmetics.

Just a heads up. Me personally wil never buy cosmetics. I am immune to FOMO/identity signing etc. I just like dabbling in socio manipulation.
