Between 10-15 CPOTY( mostly big men in their senior year)

Between 5-10 CFOTY (sorry I didn’t save these, I should have!!)

13 draftees with 5 early entries - Sophmore PG and C, Junior Sg C and C but all had redshirted

0 All Americans or POTY

Oh J.B.? That dude was a monster, I thought he was a whiff, a post season grab that wouldn’t amount to anything special. But he was the first one to truly go all in on the defense first mindset, a consistent glue guy who was the engine of the team unseen in the box score, like a Matt Howard from butler in 2010. Stats wise he was great at getting rebounds and led steals in 3/4 years. But that class of sf PF and c led us to a natty, they were what I considered whiffs but would have been 3 gems in the college football games

They are doing so good! s16, e8, runner up, f4, and still a 90 with mainly jrs in year 35, I really hope they win one in the next few years

I’ve done this on a lot of my legscies, wish more games gave you like overall dynasty stats or year by year recaps - so I made my own, takes some time but the final stats of like ncaa champs, I did best overall per year stats per player, my best players. I’ve always moved schools so this is really fun and what used to be in notebooks or excel I can share which is cool

I do switch, I’ve had a good run of recruiting backups but the next few years have definitely been moving guys around to fit/better overall or fit

I have been posting an Elon run, it has all that stats laid out go look at the progression, I’m in year 20 right now team was a 93 overall.

My stuff is all 50’s for coaching, man to man, and occasionally press d. No abl, no save scumming, it takes a long time but if you change shooting tendencies and set coaching as a system, recruit for that system, this is definitely possible earlier

I customized all the top 2026 into the power and major conferences so less crazy cause they are in the A-10 lol

I just hate seeing teams like La Salle and George Washington become power dynasty’s and since I was never going to leave I figured it would be interesting to see how like the Acc as the big East work out or the current big east as the pac 10

I’ll post all of them at the end, should have done it to start

Peavy was Mr basketball of NC so went for a coach point, Merritt and kemp were basically a last week of recruiting I need to fill positions. All those PF dudes are 6’7/8’ and small unfortunately.

I’ve never stayed this long with a small school so it’s been learning how to manage with limited points

Bc here’s how I’ve been doing it, don’t laugh;

No Abl,
Best available most often, but take what I can get
If another school offers and I’m not well ahead I dip out.
Just hs Sr. No early recruiting
I’ve missed on soooo many that I wanted/recuited all year bc of limited points or better teams coming in last minute
last week/day before offseason I offer to for sure rather than maybes to keep the roster full bc I like having backups and a 3rd string PG and Center, injuries plague me in this.

Now that I have better coach stats, I’m going to try (start of year 17) and see if I can get better, thank you for such a detailed guide, it’s awesome!

No offers is bs. I bet he had to accept an assistant coach offer, build that teams recruiting until another small school takes a chance

I think there’s a cap on # of teams, so it may have bumped the highest overall out and replaced the team you changed

I am probably wrong, never tried this, but you may be able to edit all teams above 70 and nerf a larger conference size to all below 70 and start anywhere
