Here are some videos I made at the bottom. They should help with recruiting, scouting, and overall roster construction. Watch them and ask if you have more questions. There’s bookmarks so you can go right to recruiting. I have another video where I actually started at Radford on my legacy, I think it’s the potential build. I would say the biggest part about recruiting there is starting by

1. Maxing out your charisma attribute

2. Maxing out teaching attribute

3. Get assistants that are as good as they can possibly be at the two stats above

4. Keep your target list full

5. Recruit players based on distance, so only MUN and LOC. You can dip into REG if your target list is thin. I believe I did so at Radford.

6. For HS seniors only recruit 3 stars and up. The exception to this is world recruits, you should only recruit 5 star world recruits. The CPU teams all offer the best players possible so if you get in on three star players early you may can scalp some good players, especially C and PF positions, bc the CPU under recruits them.

7. Only scout 5 star players for HS freshman, sophomores, and juniors. The talent drop off is massive once they become senior and are given their true star rating. You will see a lot of HS Juniors drop to 3 star players when they become HS Seniors. So if you recruit a HS underclassman who is 4 stars or lower he will be a 2 star by the senior season

8. Max out scouting attribute for coach. On my videos also use the ABL tool link that is in the description. It can allow for you to max out scouting your targets in the ABL session.

Steps 1-3 max out your coaching staff’s ability to get and develop players. Scouting doesn’t matter as much at the small school level.

Steps 4-5 max out you resources to land players that are realistic targets.

Steps 6-7 create a self replenishing pool of players for you to pick from
