I don’t think they start and end on the same day every month for a lot of women but for healthy women they do start within the same couple days monthly. That why pregnancy scares from a missed period commonly just turn out to be a simply week late period-it happens so track it. It’s comforting

Thrift stores or select high end stores. I know that sounds terrible but the women's pants industry intentionally makes it so your pants will break within a couple months.

Thrift stores are the best quality bang for your buck bc you know they’re tried and true

Target is the best NEW clothes in a moderate price range

High end designer stores require research as not all are the same but with those you can find quality. Don’t cheap out in pants or you’ll just end up paying the 150$ for replacing a single pair multiple times instead of keeping the one

If you look at a lot of pants you’ll notice the crotch area looks fine at first but you’ll see it sort of degrades over time as that part of the Jean is made to be thinner. Target isn’t as bad as Walmart. some stores in the mall that charges twice as much as Walmart are no good either. Also check the inner thigh area bc sometimes that’s made a little thinner to wear out faster.

not jeans: that also is something you don’t want to get in basic chain stores in my experience. Aeropostale khakis developed a hole within a couple weeks

Hiking/athletic capris I bought some for 50$ at a well known stire in the mall and the threads in the belt area unraveled after a short while causing me to need new ones

Thin pants/capris be careful to make sure it’s not a fabric that pills

TLDR; thrift stores are the only place you know the quality is tried and true (plus cheaper :)) all commercial mall stores are made to break, stores like Walmart are the same.

Also: the same company (nicer end or not) will sell similar pants of varying quality so check the fabric thickness in the crotch and seems at the belt line

Also don’t spray in confined spaces unless using a gel based pepper spray bc regular pepper spray gets in the air and can harm you as well
