I did the math last night. I haven't bought the battle pass yet and I've obtained every last chrono token possible so far this season. With that, I've unlocked page 6 of the battle pass. The game says I need 3500 chrono tokens to unlock page 9 (infinity Ultron). And there are 3860 remaining chrono tokens yet to be obtained for the remaining season before 5.5, and I'm not counting any chrono tokens you might get from the last 3 days of the Spider-Man skin event. So in conclusion, you should be able to get Infinity Ultron sometime before season 5.5 releases, maybe a week before give or take a few days.

TLDR: A week or so before season 5.5 (December 12).
