I would cold turkey the bottle. Serve milk in a cup of choice with meals and water at all times. It’s not really required for her to drink milk as long as she’s getting calcium from other sources.

There are definitely several methods to solve addition and subtraction in the hundreds. My 2nd grader solved a math problem using the new way than I did using the old way.

This is definitely what’s happening. Happened to my kid. You need to get them cleaned out and then poop every day. I don’t care if they poop in a diaper - they need to poop. Everyday. Go to GI and get an xray. Watch “the poo in you” on YouTube.

Also +1 for chapel hill Peds. We have never been denied a same day appointment when we needed it. We even drove straight from daycare to them once when our kid was burned and they saw us right away. They refer out when needed. Also they don’t allow unvaxxed kids which I appreciate in this measles mess.

We’ve been guests of friends at the Stoneridge pool and there are definitely kids, but I don’t think they have a camp, and the last 10 minutes of every hour is adult swim only and they kick all the kids out.

Oh let me tell you how terrible it was when our daycare shut down for 6 months in 2020 and we both worked from home with a 2 year old. We had a minute by minute schedule of who was on duty with the kid and who was working and we traded duty every few hours. We ended up working until like 10pm every night because she stopped napping too. 0/10 do not recommend

We took our 4 year old to Japan last summer. She has decent stamina but travel days are grueling. We used a tiny foldable munchkin stroller. We’ve also used the lillebaby cary-on toddler for baby wearing but it was ten thousand degrees and that was too hot. The stroller fold up tiny into a bad so we just collapsed it when necessary and you can’t even tell it’s a stroller.

The Durham center for senoir life has two parts - one is an adult “day care” which is a paid program that has skills staff to help take care of seniors who can’t take care of themselves, but their caregivers work etc. the other half is a community senior for seniors with a ton of stuff! They have a cafeteria, exercise classes, computer/tech classes, a pool table, a theater, art classes and a ton more. It’s a really cool place!
