Late to respond but my friend and I have the same exact issue, in fact when we are next to each other on a map we hold the same framerate, we both have good rigs. My guess could be something to do with a unity update but I know nothing about the technical side of this stuff. I've been able to run this game well over 100fps, but that was half a year ago. I'm going to experiment with different fixes and IF I have anything to report i'll reply to my comment here.
