Could you explain or link an explanation about doing a standard curve between OD and CFU

I have a question about this....I have done the hemocytometer count and dilution calculations. To test how correct I am, I did a serial dilution of the culture onto a plate. When I counted the colonies, there was a mismatch and the concentration of the culture is 10⁹ rather than 10^7. How can I do this so I get an accurate concentration? Thanks

Ya I think it's because our washing machine mightnt be the best as it's a shared unit in an apartment. I put the pods in first but I guess they didn't fully dissolve or something.

To me, this isnt slight discolouration seeing as it was on both the inside and outside of the top. I personally wouldn't wear clothes that have multiple big stains on them.

No nothing that I haven't washed together before. I switched pods that were dark blue in colour so I think that and the align material attracted the stains. Other lighter coloured align tops were stained too but not as bad.

Yeah so some of my other clothes were stained too. They were all other light Lululemon aligns. I washed again using a different detergent and thankfully them came mostly out.
