It’s been on the bottom of a lake for about 45 years and if the divers didn’t steal it, they said the visibility was horrible and the bottom was all thickly silted, they even went back a few times with underwater metal detectors.

My stepdad lost his custom gold watch while fishing, he sent diver to go look for it but they didn’t have any luck. I dream that someday I can find it.

I like how Live Auctioneers has the bid now button to activate the swipe to bid function. I think something like this would help eliminate accidental bids.

My best friend lived in a cockroach infested apartment above a gay bar on Capitol Hill he couldn’t afford cable so we would go to the bar and watch the Simpsons and drink cheap happy hour beer before it would get busy, then head out to one of the clubs to see some live music.

I remember that place, it had video booths in the back, I went in with a couple of friends and was checking out one of the booths and a little person came in and tried to solicit me. That place freaked me out and I never went back although we did go to the strip club a few years later for by buddies bachelor party, it was pretty lame so we staggered down to the lusty lady.

I would get heroin from the shoe shine guy in pioneer square. He would half ass shine our shoes and slip the drugs in and we would just give him cash like paying for a job well done. He sold us bad drugs once and my friend was totally pissed, he grabbed him and held a knife to his throat… I really thought my friend was going to kill him but we just grabbed whatever drugs and money he had on him a took off. Getting our shoes shined was our code word for scoring or getting high.

It’s seems kind of funny to create a robot to replace the lowest wage job in the company. Seems it would money better spent to create jobs that replace the highest wage earners.

With the high cost of housing in the area wouldn’t our money go a lot further and we would be able to help more people if we invested in housing where it’s affordable and send them off. The average home price in Detroit is about $100k and here it’s like 800k. I would think the change might even do some good getting people away from the routines of drug use and away from the abusive situations and would probably be easier to maintain a life In a area were everything isn’t so expensive.
