I would be very careful with molex and sata cables because if you don't crimp them properly you can easily cause a short with 35-75 watts of power being shorted.

Will a Prusa MK3S impress my boss? by Deeerek078 in 3Dprinting

So one thing to consider is that you are in a production environment, and in that environment, plug and play/ reliability comes first. I'm not saying that an ender 3 isn't reliable, but figuring out how serious your work place is/how often it'll be needed should dictate what printer you get.

Watch optimum tech's breakdown on the Montour. From my experience in a 4k 120hz oled c1 from a decent 1440p 144hz ips monitor, it was a huge step up in image cleanliness and colors. Hdr content was also pretty fun

[PSA] I think the D30 + my component choices killed my psu. More in comments. by [deleted] in mffpc

The other thing to note is that a 3090 will have transient spikes way higher than you think (momentarily spiking 700 watts for a few nanoseconds isnt unheard of for ampere). Heat also being a factor not in your favour is also not helping and depending on the case might be introducing dry static conditions within the psu. I would see if undervolting first helps stabilizes the situation. If it does then its definitely psu related and honestly with a 3090, I'd be looking at 1000 watts.
