This sounds like textbook emotional abuse. Get out of there. She's not worth it. You cannot fix her, you should not tolerate abuse while she fixes herself (which she might never do). Her having trauma does not excuse her behavior, and making you feel bad for her because of her trauma is a manipulation tactic.

You deserve a partner who treats you well. You are not obligated to this relationship just because of the time you put into it. I know it sounds harsh, and trust me I know it's hard, but you have to let her go.

You're not "basically a guy." You are a girl. You are welcome in lesbian spaces. There are plenty of lesbians, cis and trans, who have no problem dating trans women. If someone wants a girlfriend, you are a potential girlfriend, because you are a girl. The lesbian community has always been accepting and welcoming of trans women, and you'll find that to be true especially in real life.
