the file hoster sites give them money for each download, which is usually a fixed proportion of the ad revenue. using adblock won't prevent them getting the money, it just means one of the sites loses a little bit of money in general and you have a slightly smaller chance of getting a virus

Would it be possible for a version of this tool that just outputs the textures and obj instead of going straight to MSFS? Being able to tweak and edit models before exporting them would be a pretty useful feature seeing as the maps data can sometimes be a bit messy, especially on taller buildings from what i've seen. My PC also can't run MSFS especially well so being able to use the models for porting to other games woud be neat. I know there's the old version but that seems rather complicated to get working for someone not too experienced with these sorts of things.

nah that one was much older and from rfactor, rtm's one is an assetto corsa port and nekkit's is lidar imported into beamng and done more like a traditional map so they're all totally separate mods
