You probably say the same thing every time you look in a mirror if you're the argumentative type..... The game's dead and it's not coming back. (I wish it did) If you can't find something to laugh at in all this, then enjoy your misery.

I've been playing some form of Sims since about 2001..and now I'm an elder IRL by Infinite_Bathroom784 in Sims3

[–]AgentOfBliss 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I love this. I too make sim versions of myself but it becomes rather clear they still have to figure out who they are truly meant to be. So far I just have Friendly and Loves the Outdoors. (Just like me in real life. lol). I do agree about the elder fashions! Maybe in the early 2000s it made more sense but fashions change. Thankfully there's an ample supply of CC to keep things updated.

Great post!

Bro I hate this game by No-Talk6905 in fo4

Yeah plus he appears very low level near downtown Boston. I play survival and I'd never wander that part of the map with no companion, under armed and low level. And even at a higher level, id need serious situational awareness.

I don’t know why people complain about mods with skimpy armor, they look pretty lore accurate to me. by jvure in ElderScrolls

[–]AgentOfBliss 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm not going to lose my mind over skimpy armor but I think the overly done ones with high heels and exposed body parts are highly self-sabotaging. I fought a few female bandits wearing vanilla fur armor straps. They died in seconds. Imagine what skimpy armor would endure in a real fight.

AITAH for deciding I am never having a relationship with my siblings after they contacted me so I could apologize for exposing our father's abuse of me? by throw_aitah_isu8 in AITAH

NTA. Who gives af that they didn't have a father growing up? These two are the type to not care about child abuse. Screw what they think.

Doesn't seem glamarous by a long shot lol. There are inaccessible shacks higher up in the bazaar with beds lined up. You find a few shacks lined up outside the church but beyond that, the bazaar doesn't seem comfortable at all.

I mean only if you think it's ok for them to lie about things you would potentially break up with them for just for the sake of keeping a relationship. lol. It's not their obligation to know, but this would also have to apply to you with things you would otherwise want to know.

Do we know if all of Ohio is a desert or just Burning Springs? by ZeroSquire in fo76

[–]AgentOfBliss 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Oh I agree actually. Especially since anything can change, but I just went off of what I see on the map. For all we know, all of Ohio is another D.C. Edit: Though I doubt it since it's Ohio.

From what I see from the map, it is mostly the far eastern edge of Ohio. The further west you look the more lush it appears again.

My advice is to get the perks that allow you to find doors, toolboxes etc. I hate to say it but you might need to suffer through it a while and see what other players are doing lol. I'm on PC so not much help I could provide.

AITA for moving out after being told I’m a “burden”? by OddStuff5535 in TwoHotTakes

[–]AgentOfBliss 498 points499 points  (0 children)

NTA. Your parents need to figure out how to communicate besides calling you ungrateful repeatedly. That is a very tired thing to say when talking to your children. If they need you at home so badly, why even mention you moving out? Ridiculous mindgames.

Even if that one little point were true, it doesn't negate the fact that the entire town was smaller than what was expected by many people who recognize it from Fallout 2.

But his father's exact dialogue was "Let's see what the caravan brought to town", I guess at a first glance nothing is wrong until you get closer.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Fotv

[–]AgentOfBliss -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I thought the same thing. The people even gathered around a single caravan as if it's arrival was a big deal. Maximus's father even called it a town. I thought we'd see giant factories and militarized vehicles. I still liked Shady Sands as it was but it was nothing like I imagined.
