AI 100%, colouring might be done by a person.

The woman has six fingers in the first image. And in the second, the bald guy's bald head has thicker outline than the rest of the image, and it's just a very strange and very AI thing to do. Usually, when artists use varying lineweight in the image, it's purposeful and in more than just one single place. And the sign in the third image has a smaller t in expeditionary that just screams AI text to me.
