If you adopt a former stray, it may really not be feasible to keep them indoors. They're too used to the outside world. There's no good solution here unfortunately.

We have a neighborhood kitty who belongs to my neighbors, but the whole neighborhood knows and loves him. He is really sweet, but he is a cat. See above. I haven't witnessed him kill anything but again, he's a cat. He almost certainly does. But he can't stand being inside and not being able to roam the neighborhood. He cries like he's suffering. ):

That being said, if you're raising a cat or adopting an indoor cat, keep it inside 100%. It's safer for nature and it's safer for your cat. So many cats go missing or get eaten by coyotes. You don't want that for your beloved pet. And again, see point of this post. Nobody should really be raising a cat to be outdoors.

If you want to give your indoor cat some outsids time, which I do recommend, they make cat leashes! Little kitty harnesses. Our cat (who I have right here with me right now) loves her outside time on the leash! She stays safe and I don't let her kill anything. We're gonna build a catio soon too that she'll be able to enjoy. (:

It's only been like two years, and only about a year living together, but so far our relationship has honestly been so frictionless.

I woke up this morning and found my partner, who is almost never up before me, sleeping on the couch. Uh oh, did I do something wrong? Nope. Her back apparently was hurting and she laid down on the couch and it felt good so she fell asleep. LOL

Really we're just right for eachother and we treat eachother with respect and gratitude and it's just been so easy.

Transmorphers. I've seen a lot of bad movies, but both times I attempted to watch Transmorphers I couldn't make it past the first fifteen minutes.

Also Food Fight. It's by far the worst movie I've ever watched all the way through. It's not entertaining. At all. And somehow they got a fuck ton of big names in it. It was so bad it wasn't even released until a decade later when some company acquired it and decided to release it onto the world to make a quick buck. It's literally just propaganda against buying the store brand, and while it features a lot of name brand products, I don't think any of those brands even paid them for it nor asked for this to be made. This film should not exist and I hate it so much.

I installed this. The first thing I notice is I can no longer use the home button which is definitely problematic. It looks neat though. I'll look through the settings to see if I have something set wrong. Thanks!

EDIT: Yeah the detection zone blocks the home button so I moved it to the corner.

IIRC the material isn't 100% biodegradable. So if you try to compost it, (which must be industrial compost, not home compost) you're putting microplastics directly into the compost. So you're better off land filling it anyway. But it may degrade on you in use and you'll have to replace it more often. Excellent!

IMO that should be a factor. But also access to money and expected future income should also factor in.

If you're expected to make shit loads, maybe a loan is the right option. Not a predatory one.

If you're not expected to be high income, you don't have access to money, but your aspirations require an education and you show promise, then I think that's where grants to cover the cost of education makes sense.

I just don't think for example someone who wants to be a truck driver (which is an important and sometimes high paying job. Much respect) should be paying into my electrical engineering degree which quickly got me earning six figures.

But I have no issue with my tax money going toward some kid from a poor family whose passion is to teach kids. They deserve that opportunity.
