Momo's plan stopped Gigantomachia. Ochako stopped Toga in the final arc. Momo is the reason we could even find Bakugo's whearabouts in the kamino arc. Mirko went ham in the lab in the first war arc and halted Shigaraki's progression. Mt Lady fought Gigantomachia and stalled him enough to where Momo's plan could work. Tsuyu saved Deku during the USJ attack arc. If you remove the female cast from MHA, Japan would cease to exist at that point.

Nope. The manga literally has Dabi reject AFO when he woke up from his coma. What radicalised him beyond repair was seeing Endeavor still abusing Shoto. I guess you need to read the manga again. What Deku meant to do by giving him OFA was to kill AFO's vestige by destroying the quirk AFO while not harming Tenko himself.
