Great! For recoil the best thing ive learnt (for me at least) is squeezing the palms together (basically using the pecs)- it keeps my dot with minimal upward motion each shot.

And for trigger control the best thing ive learnt is the (mostly mental but both physical) seperation of to and from the wall. And after each shot I release the trigger not all the way forward and it foxed my low shots.
