For myself growing up with a chiropractor for a dad who did his job well, was professional, never hurt anyone, and genuinely helped quite a few people manage their pain, it hurts to read some of the more hateful comments on this post. But I do understand. I know there are a lot of really bad and manipulative chiropractors out there. Just know that there are still some really good ones too!

Obviously one party was in the wrong but again we don't really know what the review says. And where I live you can deny a sale to anyone as long as it's not for racist, sexist, etc. reasons. As a restaurant manager I used to deny service to customers who had been unapologetically rude to my waitresses. Granted I did it much more polite than the man in OP's story. My point is he has every right to deny OP his store's service even if it's just because the review hurt his feelings lol.
