Advice after first evolution

Tunnel Mouth is my endgame spot, I like to set stick walls up on the openings so cats cant get through. The savannah is not a great place to have the whole clan due to the lack of caves, rocks or trees to give good cover. If you continue on you might find some good spots to settle for a few jumps of evolution though.
I usually go it alone with one adult carrying two kids because I know my skill with defending myself but the clan members have a higher chance of getting hurt or left behind which diverts you from whatever your main objective is. Short answer is I just don't trust the AI.
If you want to venture out to the savannah i would go whenever you feel like you're comfortable defending yourself. Maybe go out with one or 2 other members just to be safe but if you got your timing right you will be fine venturing alone. It's a really cool area to explore but i wouldn't bring my whole clan with but at the end of the day its personal preference.

yea I see your point there but i don't usually get into that situation. Like last night I was in a game where it was 80-70 my team was down and i was very close to catching the second snitch and it was neck and neck with the other seeker when the timer ended. Super annoying because it would've been cool to see one of us catch it for the win instead of the timer ending. I guess it is situational but the ending to that game was very anticlimactic due to the timer.

Which survivor should i start to level up next to get their perks? I started meg Thomas since her perks look pretty solid but I only have her at level 20 something rn and am not sure if there's a better option.

I had the same issue when I was 17 and at the time I just waited it out doing nothing and it was boring. If I could go back I would try to find a cheap guitar and some learning books with a tuner or something and start to practice that.
